Being focused takes considerable effort as attention is all around us. For example, there is always something we could or should be focusing on. And sometimes, we need subtle reminders.
Similarly, having to focus is pretty self-explanatory. While we are studying or working the task is clear. Naturally (and sometimes with a push), we focus much easier on the work that’s right in front of us.
However, if you’re any like me, sometimes it feels as though there’s always something that interrupts you. The problem with consistent interruption is that it makes it extremely difficult to finish any task.
When unfocused, we may jump from one task to another while constantly reaching for our phones, changing tabs in the internet browser, or having random thoughts.
Today we’ll be talking about how to get into an hyper focused mode and do some productive work.
